How dare you offer this service to the people and then try to exercise some form of control when you "feel" it's being "abused"??? Surely when you established your company and looked at products for the people, you made your little sums and came up with the uncapped package, taking into account the maximum amount of data that can be transfered over a certain period, and then charged accordingly! A 1mb uncapped package, means that I have 1mb of bandwidth, and can download indefinately at that speed!!! Please don't treat me and the rest of your users like and refer us to the MWEB ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY - because it says absolutely NOTHING!!! Tell me... when you apply this "THROTTLING", ... do you then also charge me less??? I'm still paying for a service I am no longer getting!!! I'm surprised that no-one's taken you to court yet! When speaking to your rather dense telephonic support, they can advise me I'm using too much bandwidth, but cannot assist me in telling me how much, too much actually is! You can at your discression chop and change those figures, because we don't know what they are, do we!!!
