I have NEVER come across a company with such bad service. I have received a copy of my contract documents so I can have me damaged screen replaced. Well I have been sent to about 4 different people each giving me a different story. The last story was it take 2 days. They don't even tell you they transferring you to someone else. They lack people skills and they don't even have the courtesy to phone you back and try and keep you as a client. NOTHING BUT NOTHING in the world will make me renew my contract next time that's for sure! THEY WILL BE LOSING 3 CONTRACT WITH OUR NEXT UPGRADES!
