I moved to Mweb because they offered "uncapped' bandwidth at 1024 kbps for R199 per month. Now they have implemented an acceptable usage clause and throttled our bandwidth speed, I believe that this is in breach of their contract with me and want to warn the general public out there not to be seduced by Mweb's promises of uncapped access to the Internet. When I complained to them about it they told me that all the ISP's do this it's in their contracts as it is in Mweb's. This company would not survive one month in business overseas.
