I am currently an autopage altech customer. I will be able to upgrade on 10 December 2013 with Autopage only. I am unable to cancel the contract after 24 months. I have been told that I need to wait for the next 5 months to cancel the contract which means I am continuing paying for 29 months. My Blackberry battery is dead and I must buy a new battery and continue to pay for the next 5 months. Is that the policy or the law? This is unfair and ridiculous! I am unable to switch to a new service provider who provides better package deals. The policy of autopage altech is that I am paying for the blackberry for 24 months. Why should I pay for the next 5 months to cancel the contract? I am being robbed!
