Uncapped Mweb Line speed: Exceed speed limits??

Good day,
I received an e-mail from the Technical Team at Mweb that the speed on my UNCAPPED line has been dropped, because I am exceeding the limit (How do you exceed uncapped?). The speed on my line was dropped to 7kb/s in stead of the 1MB/s that was upgraded by Mweb themselves to 2MB/s.
My contract is for Uncapped at an amount of R199. Now I am told to shut down my internet for 3 DAYS or to change to a more expensive contract. This is due to the fact that Mweb ran out of bandwidth. Why punish your contractholders? And WHY take on new contracts if you can not deliver?
In logging this complaint it took me 8 minutes just to be able to get to the website! E-mails time-out! I work from home and should I loose money I will be claiming it from Mweb.
