So ive been with Mweb for just under a year, have never received the 1Mb speed they promised in that time. then receive the threatening letter that im part of the 3% slowing down their network.
Like any dumb consumer, Thinking that uncapped means no limits, call mweb customer service, and am told in a very brash manner that head office does not divulge limits. I ask if uncapped does not mean without being capped and am told about the acceptable usage policy. so i ask where in the acceptable usage policy does it stipulate that we have to be in a DEFINED range of usage, Am told it is not stipulated. So as a PAYING customer is it not my right to know this? Is Mweb going to continue with the drivel that only 3% of consumers blah blah blah? Here's the thing you advertised uncapped, give me what i PAY for. I pay for Uncapped, the line speed is my choice. and since You've never given me full line speed I PAY for, you have no right to impose sanctions, come to the party mweb.
