WHERE ARE YOUR DETAILS

I have recently written about the sheer lack of service given to me when trying to get my HTC One replaced by Vodacom. I was very impressed when the very next day after lodging my initial complaint someone contacted me with regards to the issue. However, he has phoned me at the same time every day this week and I have missed four out of the five calls as I am previously engaged at this time. Does this not signify that I am busy and that he should tray again later that day? (which he never did despite leaving a voice message each time saying that he would)
Secondly, if the action of calling me back was TOO greater effort for Vodacom then simply LEAVE SOME DETAILS FOR ME TO GET BACK TO YOU. So now, as a result, I have sat without a cell phone for a fourth week, I am now highly aggravated and wish to be contacted, with GOOD news IMMEDIATELY. Failure to do so will only worsen the current situation and I am sure the Cape Times would LOVE to hear all about this.
