Unable to get Vodacom to complete orde

Some three weeks ago I was contacted by HiCell Holdings [URL Removed] call centre in Centurion by Mariesha (who no longer works there), and given the hard sell for a Vodacom product. I had been looking into this for a while so eventually agreed to a Vodacom 2GB LTE Internet Dongle on contract. I was approved for this more than 10 days ago. I have contacted the call centre more than 6 times asking that Vodacom retry the verification phone call to me on my cell phone, as I missed the call to my home number and the message was so garbled I did not hear the number that I must call back. I just want to get my service, dongle and get online. Please address this ASAP and have Vodacom perform the verification to my home number after 4pm weekdays, or call my cellphone. I have included my Passport number in this report so my details can be looked up.
