Monday I received an sms saying my upgrade is going to be delivered. I never ordered an upgrade so I immediately phoned vodacom. I was told the problem has been sorted and the upgrade stopped and that someone from their investigating department would phone me. I then went into vodacom Northgate on the thursday and was informed that the situation had in fact not been sorted and was promised someone would contact me. Still no one phoned me and I have phoned vodacom several times. from what several of the vodacom staff have told me, they have a problem with syndicate members working inside of vodacom and that i was the 5th customer in the store that day with the same problem. Today again I have received no help, I was told that I have to run around getting affidavits etc even though I do not have the time or any means to scan and email them. The fraudelent upgrade was never delivered as a result of me calling in immediately so the fact that vodacom is not cancelling the upgrade on their side so that I can get my actual upgrade is really upsetting. I have been with vodacom from since they started up but now I'm thinking it might be time to change networks. xoxo hating vodacom
