Since I bought my new Samsung Tablet 3 from Westgate HiFi Corporation Branch, I had problems with poor service, or should I say no service. I was firstly misinformed by the salesperson. The contract offers 1 Gig Data 1 Gig nightsurf data. Before signing the contract the salesperson asked if I would prefer tajing out top-up data. Making sense if the concept I agreed on the latter. What she did not say, is that when I take the top-up option, I automatically loose the free 1 Gig nightsurf data. When I complained, the call centre said that it was a mistake and I have now the option to cancell the contract. I must cancell the contract and apply for a total new contract? What for? That aside, I was unable to access my account on the internet eversince. After numerous calls (6 of them) to rectify access to my account, nobody ever replied from their technical centre. And the callcentre staff promised that they will call back. I heard yesterday from Zintle that only two calls were logged by the callcentre assistants, but that she agrees that this is terrible service. My last call was yesterday, and Zintle promised that she will write in the report that my request is urgent. Tragic
