Mira Networks
Billed for no service with no notification

My cellular provider has confirmed that since September I have been billed for a service called "Stormy Alerts".
Money has since then been taken out of my account at R10 per day. I was not notified of this subscription and only received a notice of renewal on 14th november. According to WASPA conduct (of which you are a member) I should be notified of service if the amount is R10 and over especially if the mechanism for subscription is simply adding a cell number via a website. Anyone could have added my number and there is no proof that it was me agreeing to be billed. This practise is questionable in the extreme. Also due to the fact I was never notified of the service I was denied access to a service I was paying for which is makes this basically. I have asked my cellular provider to cancel this service but I also demand my money back. If your business is legitimate and reputable you should do that much.
