MY BB WAS SENT FOR REPAIRS BUT UNFORTUNATELY I COULD NOT AFFORD THE BILL AT THE TIME AND WENT BACK FOR IT AFTER 6 MONTHS, KEEPING IN MIND THAT I STILL PAID THE CONTRACT SINCE IT WENT IN FOR REPAIRS, WHEN I WENT BACK 2 WEEKS AGO THEY SAID THAT THEY SENT MY PHONE BACK TO HEADOFFICE AND WIL REQUEST IT TO BE SENT BACK TO CAPE GATE, NOW 2 WEEKS LATER IM STILL WAITING ON RESPONSE, THEY KEEP ON PASSING THE BUCK, TAKING MY NUMBER AND NOBODY BOTHERS TO CONTACT ME, TODAY FRIDAY 15/11/13 I'M SPENDING 20 MINUTES HOLDING ON FOR THE STORE MANAGER EZETTE JOUBERT ON 021 982 6781 BUT TO NO AVAIL, VODACOM TAKES MY MONEY BUT THEY DONT DELIVER
