I have been a client of Virgin Mobile since 2011. I have always had poor service from the call centre. The waiting time has always been linger than 5 minutes. If it wasn't for that fact that I call in for free I would not call in at all. Today (15.11.2013 09:00 - 09:30 am) I call in twice to get my itemised billing. In both instances the consultants either didn't know what to do or transferred me to "Accounts". They were very unpleasant and resisted my requested for my billing information. On my third call I was assisted by Nirasha Shrikrishan. She was friendly and understanding and she managed to send me what I wanted in less than 3 minutes (this is shorter than the average call waiting time). She did not give me excuses like the previous consultants and simply told me to hold for a minute while she tries to find a solution. This is excellent, I don't want to hear what you cant do, I want to hear that you will find a solution.
