I took out a contract on the 14th of July 2013, purchased a Samsung Galaxy. On the 15th of Aug 2013 i noticed the touch screen does not work that well and the USB cable does not connect to the computer. I took it in (now a week later), received a sms saying that the phone needs to go to JHB for repairs...
The phone is a month old!!! Now it needs to go in for repairs (that takes another month) and i need to pay for the phone even if i dont even have the phone!!!
I want to terminate the contract!!! Not happy with the phone or the service of Vodacom.
Now they tell me i should have given it back within 7 days after receiving it... Hello... Its a NEW phone, it takes one about a month to figure out the phone first before realizing that something isnt working.
Really NOT happy.
