New Device Needs Repairs Already

Hi Vodacom,

Seems like i would be using this platform to share the bad, unproffessional and most disgusting service i am getting ever since i took out a contract with Vodacon 2 years back. It all started with my first contract, the Device being faulty every two months.
28 Feb I've upgraded to a Tab and guess what, its faulty as of now, doesnt charge. Collected the Device Friday, all was well. The following day the thing wont charge again. Who must run up and down to your few Vodacare repairs Store for the same thing? I am taking this matter further as i have mentioned on my email sent [email protected]. There is a debit order every month but i dont get to enjoy the service i am paying for.

Ombundsman is my next option as i cant take this anymore, please provide me the details and procedure
