Vodacom
Servcing/time Frame

I handed in my cellphone at (Cellucity Store) Vodacom tygervalley 15/9/2013, on the 26/09/2013 i received a quote via email informing me the bill will be R437.00, which R200 is only billed for labour, with Liquad damage, The cellphone was never exposed to any liquid. I dont understand why you should still pay additional fees to repair a cellphone which is still under guarantee, but I will surely not renew this contract with vodacom, from incepting my dealings with Vodacom was unprofessional and service up to no good.
After logging a complaint with Vodacom I received a call and email from Adnaan Bassier without any contact details to refer my complaint and request to vodacom repair escalation, just passing the bugg. I sent an email Cellucity Tygervalley again to the 01/10/2013 to rebook the unit as per request from vodam repairs escalations. The 07/10/2013 I called Cellucity again to follow up but they informed me that the couries never collected the bag of repairs the previous week, today the 14/10/2013 I had to follow up again with response they will get back to me, but at the end of each month Vodacom would like their payment for my contract and they surely deduct it
