I went onto the Vodacom website to see if I could pre-register for the new iPhone 5S as I am due for an upgrade but wanted the new device. I easily found where I could do this and filled my details in. Within half an hour, I had a call from a Vodacom call centre agent, to double check all the details. She was helpful, pleasant and even phoned me back, as the system was slow, to give me my order number. What made it even better was that my usual experience of going into a store and standing in queues to upgrade, this took exactly 5 mins between online and the call. Then to my surprise, the new phones were arriving in the country today and she said I will have my new iPhone 5S by Mon or Tues, delivered right to my office! Fantastic Experience, Fantastic Service!! Just hope the final step goes off without a hitch ;-)
