How can Vodacom make your day worse

I upgraded from BB to Samsung S4. Matthew Levendal @ Cape gate DID NOT provide me with all the correct information and now I'm sitting with an account of R800, which I'm NOT GOING TO PAY. Received a letter Shannon Roman to say the ISSUE IS CLOSED, which it's NOT! She didnt have the complaint correct and apologize for something I didnt even complain about. Spoken to the store manager, Izanette Joubert, not very helpful and left a message for Matthew yesterday, didnt even call me back. I have been to the Cape Gate store 4 times already, but nobody WANTS TO HELP ME. This is the worse service I have ever received from Vodacom, WHERE ARE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE?!?!?! The employers of Vodacom dont know who their compliance offiser or Ombudsman is, HOW SHOCKING. I have put in a complaint with the National Consumer Commision and will contact the Ombudsman today. I have a copy of my contract, but if you listen to me and my complaint, you will notice, that this is complaint doesnt have anything to do with my contract. I WILL NOT PAY THIS ACCOUNT OF R800.00, but I will pay my monthly bill. I WANT THIS SORTED OUT TODAY. SHOCKING & VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
