Very POOR Service from the Manager in Repairs

To whom it may concern

We are on contract and we went for a upgrade, Samsung S4 mini, when my wife recieved the phone the guy that help us never gave her the sim card for the puk and pin number! She then started experience problems with the phone where it switch off by it self, after charging it still shows that it charge, the volume is on max but she cant hear it ring not even i can, it froze most of the time, so we took the phone back and they said that they going to book it in for repairs, i said i dont want to book it in for repairs and would like to see the manager, a lady with the name Retha came and spoke to me as i said to her that this is still a new phone and i would like a new phone as i spend a lot of money monthly on my contract and that they will send it in and then after a while i must bring it back for the same problem, so Retha said to me in a very RUDE way then i can take the phone to samsung my self and see if they will give me a new phone. She was very rude to me and i have been a customer of Vodacom for 15 years, if this is the way that the managers is giving customer care service i would rather cancel all 3 my contracts with vodacom.
