Bad service delivery, incompetence

Good day
I have upgraded to a Sony Xperia Go during May 2013 for which I had to pay a once off fee of about
R700. The phone was clearly faulty because I had to charge it every 6 hours. I took it back to the
Centurion branch of Vodacom and they sent it to Menlyn for repairs. It took over 2 weeks before
I got it back. Needless to say, the battery still lasted only half a day. This resulted in me taking the
phone to another Vodacom branch trying to get it fixed. I went to the Hatfield repairs in Burnette
street on June 25 Hatfield repairs on July 3 week. 2 weeks since June 25
that Menlyn received the phone, but never recorded it. After waiting another 15 min the manager
told me that somehow they found the phone and that I must phone Peter at Menlyn myself. Why do I need to struggle this much with incompetent people at the Vodacom outlets? Why is Vodacom not providing me a proper service
for which I have already paid about R1200 on this new contract?? Not once has Vodacom offered to
compensate me for this inconvenience by offering me another phone or temporarily stopping my
debit order for the time being. I am really disappointed in Vodacom!
