Vodacom
Laughing at customers as they leave is bad form

After being declined opening a contract due to the fact that I'm a student I proceeded to a different branch of Vodacom to see if I could be helped by someone who is more interested in playing with her phone than helping a customer open a contract.
However I find myself back, talking to Simpiwe. Well I would have been had she not made me wait half an hour.
After not helping me at all I leave the store once again empty handed and very tired of dealing with someone who could not be less interested with my problem.
I would have been fine with just general apathy and incompetence but when she and her coworkers openly laugh at me when I leave the store is where I draw the line.
Not one but 3 Vodacom Employees AND the cleaning lady laughing at a customer? Really Vodacom?

I would like to thank Simpiwe however; with her arrogance and apathetic approach to her job shes saved me from dealing with Vodacom as a company ever again. I'm sure MTN will be glad that you were so rude or they would not have received my business.

PS: Talking about me in Zulu would have worked had you not used English words such as "Student" or "Decline"... I'm the only person in the store who happens to be a student
