I have to cancel my contract due 2 constant network drops, never getting my messages, never getting proper support from call centers and now the final straw cancelling my contract cancelled, all documents where sent from the Vodacom store in Newcastle mall with 2 witnesses, of course you guys cant find the paper work paid the cancellation fee its bean a week with over 10 phone calls to vodacom support with no support (how ironic), Incompetents seems to go around a lot in Vodacom, Disappointed in how you guys can't help me as a customer I think in general you need
Change your philosophy on how you treat your customers,
Your Newcastle Branch manger doesn't do anything pretty useless at that store, A Proper Manager steps in and sorted a problem out not send his staff to say his busy cause he can't answer the phone
Vodacom has abused me as a customer and terrible disappointed in the store and Vodacom Newcastle Mall, so glad
You have officially made me realize why I'm canceling my contract, "of course it's my contract and it's my problem not Vodacom's" quoted from them that's what i get from that store total incompetence
