POOR SERVICE Just another reason to leave Vodacom

I rushed through to Vodacom at North Gate after work on Tuesday & arrived at North Gate at 17:35. I proceeded inside to the Vodacom 4U store situated by Wimpy. Arriving there I explain that I am due for an upgrade and he informs me that there is no stock... And it is arriving on Wednesday... Which is odd because I hadn't even mentioned what phone I was looking for. Weird right?! How there can be NO stock of any phone in the store...

After that I walk around the corner to the Vodacom Chatz Cellular (think that's the stores name) to find that it is closed... at 17:40. I then remembered that there is another Vodashop in the centre.

I get to Vodashop store at 17:45 and see the door is closed along with the security gates shut but staff inside. I checked the store hours, they were Mon-Fri 9am-6pm. I asked for the manager, explained I want to upgrade where he responds "We are closed early. We have things to do". Which is funny as all his staff had their bags on their back and were ready to leave?!?!?!

I then proceed to the Cell C store where they are open and have staff who are willing to help.. and the deals are cheaper. Just another reason to leave Vodacom!!!
