On Tuesday morning, 12th November, I realised around 8:30 that my BIS wasn't active though I activated it the previous week. So I decided to restart my blackberry and as soon as it was on I got the following sms: "Your conversion from prepaid to Top Up R49 contract is now active". I was shocked because I never applied for this nor did anyone call me regarding this. So I called VSP and they told me I had a contract number which was funny and annoying at the same time because I've been using this number for over a year on prepaid. So they told me they'll look into the matter and an agent would give me a call within 48hrs, which they didn't. So I gave them a call today and all they could say is "your service request is pending and there's not much we can do"! I'm really disappointed and frustrated because I never requested for this conversion.
