From Prepaid to contract

I OWN A BLACKBERRY BOLD WHICH IS ON A PREPAID. ON SATURDAY NIGHT AT AROUND 10:30, I RECEIVED AN SMS FROM VODACOM ADVISING ME THAT I HAVE BEEN CONVERTED TO CONTRACT.AFTER THIS SMS WAS UNABLE TO ACCESS MY BIS FUNCTIONALLITY ON MY PHONE. I THEN DECIDED TO PHONE VODACOM, I WAS THEN INFORMED THAT RMCS HAS CONVERTED MY PREPAID SIM TO A CONTRACT SIM TO A TOPUP 49S. I WAS THEN TOLD THAT I, THE CUSTOMER MUST CONTACT RMCS, WHICH I DID AND THE NUMBER JUST RINGS AND RINGS. I DID NOT ENTER INTO A CONTRACT, I WAS ONLY INFORMED VIA SMS FROM VODACOM THAT MY CONVERSION WAS SUCCESSFUL. I DONT EVEN HAVE A CLOTHING ACCOUNT WITH THE EDCON GROUP, WHERE DID YOU GET MY CREDENTIALS??? I WANT THIS MATTER SORTED OUT TODAY, AS I NEED TO USE MY BIS FUNCTIONALITY FOR BUSINESS USE.
