Cancellations Department - Dropping the phone

I called teh 082 111 at around 12:25 in order to enquire about a conversion from contract to prepaid and the lady refered me to the cancellations department where I spoke to the lady by the name of Hunadi Rachadi " initially refused to give me her name". She confirmed that the conversion is not active and there are no note in the systeme indicting that. This is despite an e-mail I got on the 05th of September from Candice Green confirming that the conversion will be effected in the morning of 12 November 2013 i.e. today. To make matters worse when I asked to speak to her supervisor she said she is on lunch and when I asked for the name she just dropped the phone to my ears.
