Poor service and lack of communication

We are trying to get a telephone line installed in our apartment. After being advise to do so 21 days in advance of when we would need i was helped by the call center all my details given and was told i would be contacted in 5 days and given an update of the process of an order.
However 2 weeks later there was still no SMS or call. After having to wait 20 minutes on the phone to get through to a consultant i then was informed there were no more available ports in the area and they would MAYBE be able to come and install on the 28th of December. I HAD TO CALL to find out that they would maybe come and install almost 3 months after the order was placed. No one bothered to contact me and tell me this firstly and secondly how can it take almost 2 months to install a port.
I demand answers and a solution to this 3 month waiting period i have business transactions to start and this is affecting everything with Telkoms lack of communication and inefficient service. REF #: 88713876A
