Waiting almost 2 months for a Telkom line!!

We applied for an ADSL line on 06/09/2013. The person at the Call centre struggled to find the address on the system, but she proceeded with the order and in the end told me it would take 14-21 days to install. A week or 2 later they phoned to say that there is no infrastructure in that area and it would now take 30 days to lay the cables. 30 days after the original order I phoned to follow up and they said the order was cancelled and we should now wait until there is sufficient infrastructure in the area. We got hold of the Telkom technician that works in that area and he informed us that there are sufficient cables in the area/street. We then had to place the order again on 11/10/2013 and after a 35min phone call they realized that the computer system does not pick up the address and the wrong address was placed on the system with the first order. This time they told us it will take 7 working days to install the line. It is now 13 days later and the Call centre just confirmed that this order is scheduled for the 5th of November!!! Due to the incompetency of the staff at the Call centre (who did not care what address they used) we are still waiting for the line to be installed!
