No feedback on new phone

My contract was due for an upgrade. On Monday 28/10/2013 I went and asked for a contract migration. Recive confirmation on 28/10/2013 18:45 that the contracts has been extended REF# 4064647 and the migration Request R131028746. I phoned 30/10/2013 17:45 to enquire about the phone. There was no stock and they will keep me informed. NOBODY PHONED. I Phoned again 5/11/2013 15:50, Got the same response. and again NOBODY PHONED. I phone again 6/11/2013 16:50. Again no stock and they will keep me informed. and again NOBODY PHONED. I Phoned 12/11/2013 10:54 Again no stock and they will keep me informed. and again NOBODY PHONED. Currently still waiting for a phone call to tell me what's happening. If there is no stock of the specific phone its not the fault of the sales people, but they should make an effort to keep their customers informed of the status of their orde
