My phone Samsung SII was, I claimed by ccover and they approved it and phoned me on 27/02/2013.
I want the Samsung Note 2 and they said it okay if I just Pay in the difference. 28/02/2013 Cell c phoned me and explained to me they don't have stock of the phone. After waiting I phoned Cell c on 14/03/2013 only to discover they have 21 in stock. They say it's only for new & upgrade contracts. I'm a client of them for the passed /- 7 years and will look different options then my contract ends.

The stock may have already been reserved for customers hence we were unable to avail a Note 2 to you.

A consultant will be following up on the above and reverting with the necessary feedback. Do expect to hear from Sandros soon.

Hi,
No the stock was not reserved for customers. The operator could have given ME one if I upgraded or taken a new contract out. So it's not already allocated to clients but it's waiting and reserved for new & upgrade contracts. That's exactly my point. Why? After complaining I receive one in 2 days?
