I already reported virgin by hellopeter about damage phone virgin phoned me and problem was solved the renewed my contract without me paying exstra but now the problem is that I was told that my phone will be delivered in 5 working days so I expected my phone on the 6 of Aug 2013 when the phone was not delivered I phoned them then only they informed me they dont have stock but that they wil get it at monday the 12 Aug 2013 and will sent me my phone so I phoned today again just to be informed again they still dont have the phone. First why dont they inform the customers about the problem and if they dont have stock take the contract of till you do have stock or replace it with another phone please we paying for the contract its not that we get it for free if payment is late virgin suspend your line they dont wait so way must the customers wait
