Incorrect Information

On the 8th Nov 2013 i placed an order online for the Samsung S4. When i phoned on the Monday to follow up on the order they informed me that they did not have stock. When i asked when they will get stock i was they transferred to another department who advise me they not sure as to when stock will arrive and i should call 082 178 44, after waiting for 20mins the call was finally answered just to inform me that they do have stock of the S4 Black but can not advise as to why the phone was not dispatched. i was also informed to call RAM Couriers to follow up on delivery. When i called RAM Couriers today they informed me that Vodacom have not released the stock. This is very disappointing service because from my understanding if i placed the order before 12pm i would get the phone the very next day.
