MTN PETHETIC SERVICE

I was going to order a new iPhone 5s at my nearest MTN store, but they did not have stock for more than a month. I heard that one can phone 808, and order a phone in this manner - and it will be delivered. Thus I tried this service, which sounded great and all went well (although it took 30min on the phone). I phoned MTN on 03/12/2013 ordering the phone - which according to them they had stock or will source and I'll have my phone in 5-7 working days. The person assisting me said I should hear from another division in two days, if this does not happen I must inform her, so that she can follow up. I emailed her on 06/12/2013 and had no response until today 09/12/2013. I phoned to follow up what is going on, to be told my contract was never processed as there is no stock. NOBODY EVER CONTACTED ME IN THIS REGARD!!! My nearest MTN store (Tyger Valley) actually phoned me on 05/12/2013 and informed me that they have stock and I can come around to collect my phone. Seeing that I already applied and according to me processed an application with MTN direct, I had to turn down the phone, JUST TO BE SITTING WITH THIS MESS NOW!!!
