Bad service

I have 2 accounts with Cell C, I paid in the amount that they have requisted in at easypay with the accno as refno now after 11 days phone me and tell me my account is in arrears but my other account is in advance. On the 3 Nov I was in there brance at Kollinade and gave all the info for the lady there, she phone the account`s dep and faxed it also to them the proof of payment. But today the 13 Nov they tell me the account is in arrears? Wow that is bad service. Why can`t they just see what is going on but it is easy to tell me I am in arrears.
