On 31 October 2013 Vodacom cancelled my phone contract in error. I requested two contracts to be cancelled but they cancelled three. I firstly had to battle to get them to re-activate my phone and then they took R 760 from my bank account without my approval. I have been battling to get my 2000 plus minutes that I had before they cancelled it in error restored. Everyday I call and hang on for at least 30 minutes to get another reference number and another promise to resolve it. I am now at a point where I need to seek legal help to get them to firstly keep their hands out of my bank account as their processes to deal with clients are shocking. I have at least three managers, including the one above, promise me it will be resolved in a day. Please Please Please Please talk to me now.
