Vodacom fails to cancel contracts

I am so disgusted with the service and compliance that I have received from Vodacom Brooklyn! I was due for an upgrade on 14 January 2013 but I chose to cancel the contract and let it go over to a pay as you go number. The day of final cancellation was 14 April 2013 as they need 3 months to cancel the contract. When I went to the Vodacom Brooklyn branch, they confirmed my cancellation and gave me paperwork / papers as proof of cancellation of contract. When I went to the store on 23 April 2013 they had no recollection of me canceling the contract and no changes were brought onto their system. One of the managers then told me that it will be cancelled at the end of April; thus NO top-up or airtime will be given in May as my contract has been cancelled... To my surprise I got my top-up airtime in May AND THE VODACOM SHOP still hasn't cancelled my contract AND they did not bring any changes onto their system!!! I know that branch is under new management but WHY must it affect the clients and I am paying for a service that I no longer want or need, and I am paying for a service which I have cancelled THREE times!!! What is going on here VODACOM??! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
