The frustration of vodacom

Error by customer pay a fee Error by supplier impossible to rectify. I have two vodacom contracts. At the end of May 2013 one of my contracts had to end or be renewed. On the 25th May I called to cancel the contract. In June I received my statement only to find I am being billed for a contract I already cancelled. In the 27th June I called to enquire, sat on the phone for over 30 minutes. I was assured that I will be refunded as they found that I cancelled the contract that I was being billed for. Due to unforeseen circumstances I did my banking late so my vodacom account has been unpaid. Enquired on what I should deposit and found out that I need to pay a fee of R100. And yet my account hasn't been rectified. So I again sat on the phone today to rectify an error made by vodacom. When paying an account late with vodacom you immediately pay a fee of R100 and yet when an account on their side has to be refunded or rectified it takes forever to be done. Personally I feel that this is by far the worst system and most terrible policy by vodacom.
