Vodacom the glen branch had to activate a smart m contract for me on 13 JJune 2012 but instead activated a talk 350 contract on my cell number. I was told I must wait until they resolve their error and in the interim Vodacom processes a debit order on my bank account for charges on a debit order on a talk 350 contract which is not the contract which i signed for. No one at Vodacom can tell me exactly when they will resolve the error which they made but continue processing funds from my bank account.
