I Ordered a phone last week already. Phoned in to customer support about 13 times with the same response. They tell me that there's no info on my order and that they escalated it with they're technical department and that the technical department will contact me back. I'm still waiting for a response. This is the worst customer service I ever had with an online store. My money was deducted from my account and I gave the reference number but no one seems to know what's going on.
