We accepted a OVER THE PHONE CONTRACT and cancelled it again shortly after as 1 product was offered over the phone but a different product was given.. Getting it cancelled was a hassle and after numerous LONG phone calls eventually it was cancelled and they said they would give me back all my pay as you go points they took. (never happened). This was over a year ago. A few months ago I found out they blacklisted me for that contract when one of my suppliers refused I rent equipment because I was blacklisted. New Larger clients are also doing ITC checks on all contractors, so there goes new business for us. We have been trying to get this resolved by Hein van Wyk a manager at Centurion, however he seems more useless than the one working the till as no one has responded to our queries for a few months now. Vodacom is affecting our business NEGATIVELY and we will approach our attorney NOW. We have 2 contracts and 2 pay as you go phones, all Vodacom - BIG mistake. I wonder if Cell C would treat clients like people and not just a number.
I am sure this behaviour must be CRIMINAL. WARNING to others, if they phone you offering you a contract over the phone, JUST HANG UP IMMEDIATLY
