Good day,

I applied for Vodacom contract (Samsung galaxy note 10.1 on 23 October 2013 on my gig 2 for R399.00)
After few phone calls (me to them) I was told they are still waiting to hear from their
approver. I received an email about a week and half later that they still need some info which was
forwarded. On the 6 Nov I got an email saying that my contract is approved and the device was ordered and I can fetch it at the latest on Friday 9 Nov. Phoning them on Friday I was told that they will check for me and phone me back, Later that afternoon they phoned and told me that the system now shows that the device was not approved only the data bundle but they are sure its only a glitch in the system and that they wil phone me
back later. After no response from them I phoned today and asked what happened, They told me that the
device was not approved, I asked them why and they told me it is because I have no other accounts like
clothes accounts etc. I already send them a whole 8 months of banking statements (because I am self employed) they can see that I am good for that. I was rejected for cellphones also, took them on hubbys name an pay him back every month. COME ON VODACOM??
