Vodacom
Vodacom does not know what they doing!

I have a current voucher value that expires on the 14th January 2014.

Vodacom is unable to tell me what this is and how I can redeem it... shocking!

I have the voucher details on "Myvodacom" however they say they cant seem to find it. I've made a screen dump in the event that it disappears!

Can any-one tell me how to redeem it as it is a quite substantial amount!
