I applied for a MTN contract on Tuesday 3 June by email after having been in store the previous day. After sending all my documents I received no confirmation of email.
By Thursday I phoned the shop and asked if they received my email, the confirmed that they had received it but the girl who was going to process it wasn't in that day. I asked if they had the particular phone I wanted in stock and she said that they kept on out for me.
By Friday I still hadnt recieved a call so when I phoned them, the girl in charge of processing my paperwork told me that se hadnt recieved any email from me (as she said this i was looking at the sent email with all the attachements on my comuter screen.) I then asked her to look again. She found it but then claimed that there where no attachement in the email and asked that I can send it again. I forwarded the email to another address and she then said that she will now process the documents, also that she will phone me when it was approved.
I phoned AGAIN on 11 June the next tuesday only to hear that the contract was approved, they don't know why the confirmation email wasnt sent and that they are now waitng for stock. still waiting for a call
