No response from data contract application

Good afternoon,

I applied for a data contract at the Alberton City MTN on 27 February 2013. I still do not have the device today almost 3 weeks later. I have been to the store twice to inquire. The first time I was given a dismissive "the systems have been down". That was a week after I had applied.

Somebody called me last week and told me the application has been approved but the device is not in stock and that I should get it today. I have not heard anything since.

Tomorrow it will be exactly 3 WEEKS since I applied for this contract. I wonder if this is the standard waiting period for new data contracts.

Please somebody find out for me what is going on!!
