I went to Parow Center King Pie and bought 2 pepper steak pies. I was told by the two ladies that I had to pay by card as they had already cashed up. Mind you, I only bought 2 pies. I did as I was told. Then, on my way home, I picked up my daughter from school and we discovered that one of the pies wasn't even pepper steak - it had a yellow filling that I didn't recognize. Both pies were also cold.
The very next day, I went back to the store. One of the ladies recognized me, but the other was off duty. I explained the situation to her and expressed my disappointment with their service. They advised me to send an email to HO (head office).
