BOGUS CONTRACT

Good day.

I received a call end of October last month asking if I want insurance on my brand new phone. I explained to the lady that I had no idea what she is on about.
A few days later, I received a package from Elite mobile. That same day Vodacom send an sms congratulating me on my new number that has been activated.
I called the call center, and Mandla helped. I explained to him that I have no idea why I received this phone. He helped to cancel the contract and arranged for the phone to be picked up.
He explicitly promised that no money will be deducted from my bank account at the end of the month.
Guess what happened. You took (or) my money.
I was patient up to now, but the joke is not funny anymore.
I want to know, how is it that you can give an new contract for me without me even talking to you. Do you always bully people into giving you money?
If I understand your instructions when calling the call center, all conversations are recorded.
You need to prove to me who gave you permission, and my PERSONAL INFORMATION to activate a new contract.
I expect a quick resolve of your mistake.
