Disgusting service-Promena branch

I reported an incident of bad service I received from this branch for my phone that I brought for repairs. Thandi called me to bring the phone for repairs which I did. After 2 weeks I received a call that my phone was back from repairs I must come and collect it, I went to collect the phone. When I got home the phone was not repaired and I had to go back. I went back on 27/01/2013 and spoken to Meryl she said because it was weekend the repairs department was closed she will follow up with them for a repairs report. I followed up and she told me that the repairs department hasn't provided a report and she will escalate to her manager. After a while I called and spoke to Thandi and she said she wasn't aware she will follow up. Up until today I haven't received any feedback. I have to call them or go to the branch and it's wasting my time and money. I only need repairs report so that I can claim from the insurance I signed from their shop.
