The internet on my phone was not working so I took it to the vodacom data store in Cavendish to be sent off for repairs at the beginning of March. 2 weeks later on 18 March I collected my phone and there were NEW software problems that previously did not exist. I sent it back for repairs on 22 March. I received no SMS communication regarding the status of my repairs, or about my second logged call in which I asked for hte 298 MG of data t (hat I bought at the beggining of March) to be carried over to April. Considering that I haven't had my phone for a month, I did not think this was unreasonable. On 5 April I called the store and was told that the data had been transferred; but when I checked my balance it had not. On 5 April I collected my phone and discovered that NOTHING had been done - NO repairs! The manager in Tygervalley was called and promised that my phone would be fixed and returned to me on 8 April. Today I received an SMS to say that the phone only arrived in Tygervalley today. I called the Claremont store and they said they did not have my phone. I am disgusted in the lack of service, poor communication, and false promises. This is exteremely unprofessional!
