I am so disgusted to say the least about the appalling service I received from the Call Centre. I sent 3 requests refs SDF8E7, G7K80F, 002Y~Y97R and received no response, the closest I got was Cayleen contacting me and I did advise her that she could contact me at 14:00 however to no avail. Absolutely disgusting. I did advise that I will not be available on phone all day as I do not keep my phone on me during work hours. I think its true when they say stick to what you know and right now MTN is what I know. Thanks for nothing!!
