Robbed me again

Last week Thursdays before I went to bed Checked my airtime had just over R80.00 and about 400 smses left. When I woke up on Friday R50.00 was taken from my airtime and my 400 smses. I called the call centre no one can tell me what happen to my R50.00. Called them on Monday they said it will be sorted out by Wednesday still waiting... This is becoming a monthly thing with VIRGIN MOBILE the champs can`t help their clients. Their excuse is system upgrades and the client must just deal with it.
